What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I am currently a high school principal at Legacy College Prep, a small charter school in Santa Ana. This is my seventh year as a high school principal here, and I've been with the school since it opened in 2016.
My main responsibilities involve working with our staff, particularly the administration team. I oversee a staff of about 36 team members, including teachers, support staff, and administrators.
My biggest role is collaborating with my fellow administrators. I support various aspects of the school, from instruction and student support to school operations, finances, and teacher professional development.
I also support our students, who are in grades 9 through 12, with about 400 students at our school. Additionally, I support our families.
