What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most is seeing the impact of the programming on students' futures. I work a lot with high school students, and the results of our labor are evident when they become seniors.

Seeing them get acceptances to colleges, full rides, and various scholarships is very rewarding. The growth of a student from their ninth-grade year to their senior year is truly transformational for many of our kids. Witnessing this is definitely something I enjoy.

I also enjoy the feeling of doing meaningful work alongside others. It’s not a job I do by myself; our entire school team is moving in the same direction. We strive to provide the best quality education, programming, and support for students.

Doing this with like-minded people is inspiring and really rewarding.
