What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I enjoy most about being in my current role is being able to support students who sometimes feel they're not being supported by their teachers. I also enjoy supporting their teachers in helping them understand how their actions and words might be impacting students in ways they don't necessarily intend.
However, these impacts are still very real and affect how students show up in their class. It's like working in the classroom, but there's a different power dynamic that allows me to be a little more empathetic of what students are going through. I love them.
