What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
What I enjoy most about being in this industry is that, typically, the type of people who end up working in schools and education, and with young people, are motivated by doing good. They are motivated by doing good for the greater good, and by service, and are hopeful for the future.
I think the folks who are in this work are often drawn to young people because we know they are the future. We want to do our part to contribute to the forming of that future in the way that we believe is best suited for our world.
