Who thrives in industry?
How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry? Definitely in this industry, somebody who's got a lot of energy. There are so many balls in the air and so many touch points with helping people with their books.
Being an extrovert, I think a lot in this industry are extroverts. I'm not; I'm a fake extrovert. I like people a lot, but when the chips come down, I am an introvert.
That's something I get through when I work with people, and it's just been an amazing road to help people get their books done.
