What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I would say there are two main factors that I enjoy most. The first is the ability to work in the climate space.
I feel like I'm able to have an impact every day on climate change, which can feel like a big, scary problem. Being able to work on that day-to-day is really motivating for me.
Secondly, it would be the people that I get to work with. I get a lot of energy from the smart and kind folks I spend my days with. I think that's really important when you're thinking about work.
