What does a day in the life of a senior manager of organizational development look like?

Every day is different. I don't have a set list of tasks for daily or weekly. My work is completely project-based, so it changes every single day.

I can definitely say I will have some meetings every day. These are to talk to different people in the business and understand their industry, work, and team.

I will probably spend a good amount of time on PowerPoint. That is kind of our bread and butter. Anyone in consulting spends a lot of time on PowerPoint.

It's my job to persuade people to take my advice and implement my recommendations. I need tools to showcase what I'm proposing. So, between meetings to get information and time alone trying to build out what we're doing, those things will happen every day.

What amount is spent in each, or where else my time is, is pretty hard to predict. I actually love this about my role; I get to change it up.
