What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

Currently, I have a caseload of 28 students, and I meet with them every two to three weeks regarding their individual education plan. This is a personal learning plan that we fill out. It addresses all of their high school credits needed to earn a diploma and graduate.

I also teach on-site classes twice a week. I teach drama, English, and social studies to students in grades 9 through 12.

Sometimes I work with parents of students with special needs, providing some parent education. That's pretty much my daily life: meeting with students one-on-one, working with them in groups, and then working with students and their families.
