Transcript
There are tons of entry-level roles in advertising. All the advertising agencies hire a lot of entry-level people.
These roles are often like an assistant manager or assistant media planner.
They're really incredible; they're built to train and onboard. They're very familiar with new candidates, with wanting people to learn, and with setting people up for success.
From a marketing or brand level, there aren't as many rules. They can sometimes start in an internship program that can lead into more assistant manager type roles.
Those definitely exist as well, and some college programs have relationships with some of the brands. But definitely, I would say there are more open rules on the agency side of things.
