What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I actually really like talking to customers and thinking about how we can help them. Right now, our target customer is the busy mom who's really overwhelmed. We want to make shopping easier for her.
My skill, learned over the years from different jobs, is the strategy part of figuring out the point. Talking to customers gives me fulfillment in identifying their core needs. Then I communicate that to our product team.
