What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
We're a really new team right now, so we don't have strong processes. I think what that means is we don't really fully know of the cross-functional team who the leader is, or who gets the final say.
Even when we run meetings, there's no culture around it. Sometimes meetings can go sideways or they're not really organized, and it's unclear in a cross-functional setting who should be running it.
I think there's a lot of wasted time and a lot of spinning around. But I think part of that is just that we're a new team and figuring out how to better work together.
