What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?

That's a great question. For me, coming back to time management, I realized how critical it was for this type of role.

When I came to college, I was okay at time management. However, stepping into a working role, I understood its true importance.

Towards the end of my senior year, I really wanted to focus on time management and calendar blocking. So, if I were in that position now, I'd advise someone to do whatever they can to manage their time.

This could mean writing things down, using a calendar, or even incorporating things like a morning walk. Whatever productivity hacks work for you are valuable.

I think the ability to block out unimportant tasks and prioritize what's important is what separates many people. Having that order of operations is a big deal for a lot of people.
