What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

For me, one super important lesson I've learned is just networking. I learned early on, probably in undergrad, the ability to network is crucial.

This applies whether it's with high school classmates, their parents, or college classmates. Having that network is so important, not only for getting your first job out of school but throughout your entire career.

I've always focused on connecting people on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. I realize having a larger network will only help you going forward.

So, my biggest advice to someone is to network as much as you can. Whether it's at school, with alumni, or within fraternities or clubs, that's definitely a gateway towards success. It's about having that wider circle around you.
