What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most is the fact that I really get to engage with so many different people on a daily basis. I think what's great about sales is that you get to interact with so many different personalities, different ages, and different backgrounds.

For me, it's really cool to interact with different therapists. For example, in my role on a day-to-day basis, some are seasoned veterans, some are brand new, and some are in the middle. Some are quieter, and some are more extroverted.

I think being able to interact with so many different people and see that same sort of success story is what really helps me. The job can get a little challenging on some days.

But when I'm able to push through and have folks say, "Hey, this really worked out for my practice," or "I made this much last month in revenue," it makes it all worth it. It helps me understand that we're doing something really cool here.
