What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge is that I deal with quite a few providers. Typically, I'm working with around 120 to 150 in my pipeline.
The challenge is definitely from an organizational management standpoint. I have to stay on top of all these people while also answering their questions and addressing various things.
That's where it can be a little messy at times. I've always prided myself on being organized, keeping things organized on my computer and in my day-to-day. Blocking out time on my calendar has definitely helped.
But for sure, from a time management perspective, it can get a lot with so many people you're working with.
