What is your biggest challenge in your role?
I would say there's tons of change, particularly in our office because it's related to an administration and their goals. So, maybe one US attorney wants to focus on financial crimes, and then you get another one that's super into community outreach and engagement. Things shift a lot with that.
There's tons of movement, like this person's promoted, this person's demoted. On the HR end, there's always something changing, but you have to make sure you do it right. This is because you're using taxpayer dollars, and you want people to keep your credibility. You want your US attorneys to be able to come talk to you, their supervisors, or anybody in the office. So, it's just a lot of movement, and you want to be able to keep your credibility.
