I'm just intellectually curious. That's something nearly everybody has in common.

There is a sense that we are collectively in this together and we owe it to one another to understand what one another are working on. People who like to learn mesh well with people who like to learn.

The conversations are interesting. Project planning is interesting. The analysis becomes interesting when you are in a room with people who are naturally and intellectually curious.

Everyone being curious leads to open-mindedness. It makes the actual completion of the work a much better process, a cleaner process.
