What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
By far, the best part about this industry is the teachers, my coworkers, because they are the most supportive and amazing people. It is truly encouraging being surrounded by like-minded individuals.
These are people who have the same values, the same goals, and are dealing with the same audience as you. They know your struggles and support you through them. That's the best part.
They care so much about the students, about you, and about the world. I feel like a student myself because I am a young teacher, and it's a really amazing part of the job.
