It's important to realize that you are the first point of contact for everyone you speak with. It can be difficult sometimes, as the day goes on and perhaps you're entering your tenth interview, for your energy to be dwindling a little bit naturally.

However, you still have to turn it on and ensure candidates have the same great experience the first person you interviewed that day did. Recruiters thrive with passion, being people-oriented, and having a lot of energy and curiosity.
