What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

I personally love the outbound strategy and the research that comes with recruiting. It is a very special feeling being on the hunt for a very specific niche profile. Finding them is always a huge win, but again, it's about crafting that creative way to get their attention.

Then, of course, when it's well received, I'm able to sell them on the opportunity in the company. Once a candidate is hooked and I introduce them to the rest of the hiring team, there are very few better feelings than hearing from my hiring team that they loved the candidate just as much as I did. That shows that we're aligned, and that's critical when it comes to hiring.

My absolute favorite part, though, is eventually working alongside the people that I hire. Relationship building is huge in recruiting. I genuinely feel invested in my candidates, and seeing them thrive, especially after joining Data Do, brings me a huge sense of fulfillment.

We develop great working relationships. I see their accolades rolling in, they're earning promotions, and it really brings me back to our first conversation and seeing how far we've come since then.
