How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
There are many roles within this industry. In the sales and product development space, you have to be very flexible.
You are servicing an account, and in many cases, they are spending many millions of dollars. There are much bigger and much smaller companies than ours, but in any case, somebody is spending money for your services. You have to adjust with their needs.
Many operations-based roles will have strict procedures, timelines, and things that are static and immovable. In the product and retail side of the business, you have to be able to adjust as new challenges come your way. At any given moment, the entire presumptions you had about your project could be changing.
