Transcript

What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

I run the marketing team, which includes everything from the company's perception, market positioning, and demand generation. We do pipeline building and work closely with the product team for positioning and the sales team to drive revenue into the organization.

My team has about 60 people, and I oversee full-stack marketing. This includes positioning and the corporate narrative, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, campaigns, the website, advertising, and creative – all of that is under my purview.

I work on the business at the executive level. There's a concept of a first and second team. My first team is really my boss's team. So, I work on the company's strategy, where we're going, how we'll drive revenue, and our market position. Then, I manage the team that gets all of that done as well.
