What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career to date?

I think it's important to create value. Instead of just having your objective and your script and sticking to whatever it is that you're supposed to accomplish on a day-to-day basis.

If you're talking to a client or to somebody at the company, try to listen for the problem and then be solution-oriented, trying to create value for them. And at the end of the day, if you're able to do that.

Doesn't really matter what you would initially set out to accomplish; you're going to indirectly do it and make the person you're working with, whether it's a client or a co-worker, happy in doing so.
