Well, I manage a team of probably 20 to 25 people. Some of them are here in the US, some in Mexico, and some in a couple of different countries in South and Central America.
My responsibility is to make sure the team hits our annual sales goals. We have an annual quota that we're trying to accomplish. I need to ensure the team works together effectively to hit those goals and that they are properly equipped and trained to do so.
