What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

That's a good one. It sounds corny, but I love the satisfaction of being able to help people. This isn't just on one side; it's on both sides.

For the client, it's about helping them find the perfect candidate who can make a positive impact for years to come. That's huge.

From the candidate's perspective, we can help them find their dream job, level up financially, or even relocate. For instance, I recently spoke with someone from the UK who dreams of living in Santa Monica. The opportunity I presented is a job in California.

If he gets the job, the company would help him relocate. He'd be one step closer to truly living in Santa Monica. I think the monumental impact we can make on people's lives professionally is really neat.

Also, as I mentioned earlier, I get exposure to senior-level executives, people on Fortune and Forbes lists. I get to call them, build rapport, and establish relationships. I don't know if I could put a dollar amount on that.

As someone who enjoys building relationships and getting to know people, it's pretty cool that I get to know some really cool and powerful people.
