Those who are able to present with good communication skills are also important. They are organized problem solvers, able to deal with and resolve issues.
Working well with others is also really important. At my workplace, we have shared governance, so we all collaborate and share information. I think that's about it. These are some of the key characteristics you really need to be able to handle.
