What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
I oversee a team of eight program managers, six full-time employees and two contractors. My main responsibility is supporting operations for Amazon's largest out-of-home marketing channel.
This channel is physically owned and operated by Amazon. We utilize Amazon physical assets, such as last-mile delivery vans or lockers, as billboards for campaigns. These campaigns support different marketing initiatives and key company areas.
My team is responsible for executing these marketing campaigns, managing their quality, and then learning, developing, and becoming more efficient.
