I would say you definitely have to be ambitious and know how to sell your product. Disney, I think, sells itself a bit.
But at the end of the day, you have to be able to speak to all the different capabilities that you have. It's an ever-changing industry, so you're always constantly learning. You have to be a learner; I think that's one of the biggest things as well.
