What skills are most important for a job like yours?

As I mentioned before, I have a lot of online platforms. There's a lot to understand to run an online business, depending on what it is. There's just so much technology involved.

As far as the software end of it, I know nothing about coding software. I've hired people for that. I would suggest hiring as much as you can for what your budget can afford. But in the beginning, you kind of have to do it all yourself.

I build my own websites. I think it's important to understand everything. If you outsource, you understand the language they're speaking. So, my skills really involve doing it myself. I get in the back end of everything and I'm learning every technology I'm using.

I have a keyword research tool, email software, free websites, funnels, and sales funnels. I have all this technology that I know how to use. Plus, I'm shooting YouTube videos, studying analytics, and doing YouTube ads.

There's a lot of backend things you need to understand in this business. But if you just study each one, one at a time, it builds that foundation. Then, when you outsource, you'll have an intelligent conversation with the people you're outsourcing to.
