What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

Now that I'm out of it, I enjoy the bar and restaurant industry. I was in it for 30 years and still work with dozens of bars around the San Francisco Bay Area, selling and doing inventory.

I've met so many owners and managers and learned a lot from them. Some know more than I do, which has been great. I've also grown my YouTube channel and have a large Facebook group, where I've met even more people and gained more knowledge.

What I really enjoy is creating content to help them succeed. If you start any business, you have customers. The question you should ask yourself every day is, "How can I serve my audience?"

"How can I help them succeed in whatever they're doing?" The more you do that, the more they trust you. When you eventually sell them something, they will trust you and buy it.

More importantly, the more you help others get what they want, you will get what you want. It's simply the law of business and the law of the universe.
