What does a day in the life of an owner or CEO look like?
My day-to-day life varies because I have the freedom to do whatever I want. There are weeks where I focus intensely on my work, creating content and growing my business.
If something else is going on in my life, I can attend to that because I have substantial recurring revenue. This income comes in every month, and I don't have to make new sales; the business essentially runs itself.
This morning, for example, I played pickleball with my wife. Afterward, I came home and could choose to do work or participate in this interview with you. I have the flexibility to do these things because I have the time.
Last year, when I was coaching, I could go to practices and games whenever I wanted. I even watched my daughter play college ball. There were about six months where I barely did any work.
The income remained consistent because I had built a foundation of recurring revenue. My business didn't grow during that period, but my income didn't decrease either. Essentially, I did nothing for six months.
This is the luxury my business provides. While I'm focused on growing it now, if something comes up, I have the freedom to do whatever I please. I truly enjoy the freedom it offers.
