How did you learn about this role that you wish someone had told you before entering the industry?

I wish someone had prepared me better for the corporate world. It's not just industry-specific; it's truly applicable to all industries.

The key is that everything is changing. Embrace change, be willing to accept it, and then work with others to make that change tomorrow's reality. I wish I had prepared better for this when I was younger.

Having confidence and thinking you know what's going on is great, but sometimes it doesn't mesh well with change, accepting change, or being able to roll with change. It took me longer to grasp that aspect compared to other things in my career and in the roles I've held.
