What did you do in your undergrad to set you up for success in your career?

In my career and experience, not a lot of schoolwork was directly applicable to my job. A lot of what I learned came from the professors and from managing that work.

I learned how to get things done, even if I procrastinated, and how to recover from that. These were life lessons from the experience, not necessarily the course material.

The entire college experience, being part of organizations, and working with different types of people also prepared me. This includes getting involved in student government and outside social clubs.

This has probably prepared me the most for my current role, making me adaptable and giving me the strengths and abilities to be part of a team. I can lead teams and work with both easy and difficult people to achieve success.
