What do you enjoy most about your current role?
I love meeting new teams and new system administrators who use our solution tool. I'm a relatable connector and an extrovert, so I enjoy talking to people and hearing about their day-to-day use of things.
I also love my on-site visits. In my role, I might visit an institution at their campus once or twice every two or three months. I provide an in-person Strategic Business Review where we discuss their usage and how things are going.
Overall, I love presenting, meeting new people, and visiting schools.
