What does a day in the life of your role look like?

Life doesn't look the same every day, which I think is kind of nice. As I've mentioned, I do one-on-one coaching and group facilitation, so it varies.

If I were to guess, I would wake up at 5:00 AM because I go to bed very early. That time between 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM is my favorite time in the day. That is my head-down time.

I can catch up on emails, do deep work, or whatever I want before my husband and son wake up and the personal life gets going. Then, I'd say I have about three one-on-one coaching calls a day, either over Zoom or the phone.

I don't want to do more than that because I get a little burnt out. You're really focused and present with your clients, so I don't want to do more than that.

I always take an hour for lunch, if I can help it, so 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. That's something I've learned that has really helped to recharge me and energize me to get through the rest of the day.

Then, a lot of that is also some business development calls in between, and some content creation for some of my workshops. So it's a mix of backend business development and then the client-facing work.
