How do you learn about this road that you wish someone would have told you before you enter the industry?

"Oh, how to create a better life balance between being on the road and off the road. I think that can become really challenging because when you're on the road, you're 24/7.

Coming off the road as an independent contractor, you're coming back to kind of nothing. Finding a better balance of managing those two extreme environments would have been extremely helpful as a young person."
