What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

In my current role, I'm in charge of all petty cash. I handle any cash needs for the tour and reconcile them in real-time accounting. This includes accounting for expenses, recording them, and ensuring proper receipt backup.

I also settle hotels and cover all crew travel, including ground and air transportation. Essentially, I'm responsible for budgeting and recording all of the tour's expenses. I make sure everything balances and question any exorbitant expenses.

For example, if someone is ordering 500 batteries, I would question why.
