What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

Above everything else, and at the risk of sounding repetitive, just keep your eye on the prize. I think nowadays, especially with people of a younger generation, it is very easy to think your job is boring or that it's not necessarily something you want to do.

People may fall victim to the instant gratification syndrome. So, my biggest lesson that I've learned is to keep your eye on the prize and keep working towards whatever goal you may have.

This could be growing in that particular company or role, or eventually leveraging your past experiences for another company or role. Above all else, just keep those goals constantly in mind.
