What do you enjoy most about being in your current room?
For the most part, I would say the autonomy is a significant factor. I've fostered a relationship with both my superiors and my staff where we are all fairly close and trust each other to get the job done. I'm trusted to accomplish what I need to, and I can develop my own projects and decide the direction of my role.
This really provides quite a bit of freedom to make your own destiny, if you will. Not to sound too corny.
I would also highlight the frequency at which I'm learning new things. The nature of any new business forces you to learn and adapt to new challenges on the fly. We are constantly evolving our offering and our product.
This really forces you to learn a lot very quickly. I can confidently say that myself and every member of our team has probably learned more in their time with this company than in any previous position.
So, I would say the autonomy for sure, and then also how much we're learning on a daily basis.
