What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
For me, it was definitely to trust myself. Especially if you know that your work ethic is good and you've put a lot into getting where you are, just trust that you are capable to take on the role.
They're hiring you for a reason. Obviously, be humble and open to feedback and receptive to any constructive criticism. But also, just trust that you do know what you're doing in a lot of cases, and it's okay to take chances sometimes.
