What do you enjoy most about being in your role?
I love how dynamic it is. I love getting to do so many different things.
I also love how much I get to learn. A couple of things came naturally from previous roles and what I studied in school, but I've learned so much more. I learn something new pretty much every single day, and I think that's super fun.
On top of that, the company is super good about letting you pursue what you're interested in. I've been having a lot of fun making social media graphics, which I had never done before. Now I'm the main social media person for one of our projects.
So, it's just the ability to adapt and grow in ways that feel meaningful to me.
