How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
That's a very good question, Gabby. I would say it obviously comes down to qualities. Work ethic is one term that everybody hears.
But I think attention to detail is one thing that makes a world of difference. I've heard from other salespeople that small things are just small, minute, or tedious.
In the security space, those small things add up and they make a world of difference. So, the people I've seen do extremely well in this space are extremely detail-oriented.
They also have a team-first attitude and are sponges for information. When presented with new information, there's usually a follow-up question because it's something new.
You don't know what you don't know, so there's usually some dialogue that transpires. Those are probably the two key points I would definitely focus on for individuals that thrive in this vertical.
