What does a day in the life of a corporate account manager look like?
That's a great question, Gabby. Every day, as part of our daily tasks, we're required to meet with two to three, maybe up to four customers.
These meetings are what we refer to as quarterly business reviews. They serve as a touchpoint, occurring once every three months, for CrowdStrike to meet with their customers.
The goal is to better understand their roadmaps and future projects. We also discuss how we can assist and help with some of those heavy lifting items for them.
