Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college? Do you have any internships or jobs you held before your current role?

Thank you so much for taking the time, Gabby, to meet with me. I will go ahead and start at the very beginning of my first job, when I was going through the MBA program.

When I first moved out to Eastern Kentucky and started my MBA program, I got a job at the front desk at the Hilton Garden Inn, a local hotel there. I really wanted to make sure the hours were flexible and I could work around my MBA program, which was an evening program.

About a year into the program, the university offered me a scholarship and wanted me to be an admissions counselor and recruiter for them. That role entailed recruiting undergraduate students into the university. I would educate them on our programs and what it would look like after they completed the program.

In college, that's what my internships looked like, leading into my professional career.
