What skills are most important for a job like yours?

That's a great question, Gabby. I think there's a wide range of answers here.

From my experience, I would say personality and being very personable are key. Being flexible is also important.

When you're supporting a wide range of accounts like I am at CrowdStrike, you're managing a lot of different personalities, projects, and people within each organization.

So, it's really important to be personable and flexible regarding people's schedules, timelines, and budgets. Everyone has slightly different priorities in mind regarding what's most important and what they need to accomplish for the fiscal year.
