What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most is that not every day is the same. This is a big reason why I'm very thrilled to be working in advertising and the adjacent media industry.

Culture changes. Young people especially bring in new ideas and conversations that previous generations either refused to speak about or are giving a new take on.

As an account executive, I have the power to dictate conversations with my internal teams and my clients. I can suggest to them, "Hey, this is something really cool that's happening in the world. Maybe we should do something about it."

Likewise, when our clients have goals and objectives they still want to reach, it's a fun challenge for me. I ask myself, "What are they asking me to do, and how can my team add to that and make it relevant in the current time?" That's been an amazing opportunity and just flat-out fun for me at my current workplace.
