What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
There are a few things I love about this role. I definitely appreciate the left-brain, right-brain balance where I can be both creative and analytical. I am a very visual person and love design.
I enjoy looking at a range of different products and curating a story to create an experience for the customer. Throughout my career, I also discovered I loved analyzing data and building reports.
This allows me to switch between those two sides of my brain and engage in both. It's a well-rounded experience, and you don't get bored or tired of one specific thing.
Aside from that, I really love working with brands of all sizes. I'm especially drawn to smaller, up-and-coming brands.
You have the ability to directly impact and influence their business trajectory by selecting them to be listed on your platform or sold in your stores. You have a lot of influence.
Anytime, especially at goop, brands have completely taken off due to their success and introduction there. It's really rewarding to be a part of that.
