What is one lesson that you've learned that's proven significant in your career?

I think we spend so much time in our jobs that who you're working with is actually more important than where you're working or even what you're doing. If you enjoy and respect the people that you work with, that is going to make your job so much more fulfilling.

I wish someone had told me to pay more attention to that. You can do that in the interview process. You're really trying to understand who are these people that I'm going to be working for? If you can work for someone you already know, so much the better.
