What skills are most important for a job like yours?
Management is a really big one because each engagement with a client has a time frame on it. We have to get whatever job we're doing for them done within that time frame.
I try to break it down so I know how much time each product will take. I also try to practice good time management and attention to detail, which is part of giving every client a really great experience with us.
I would add to that maybe creativity and problem-solving. Sometimes we have to make things from scratch for the client, and that takes some deep thinking.
