What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
The nonprofit sector, specifically education, is so challenging and interesting to me. I enjoy that aspect of it.
We're trying to create change and address some really important issues, like those you read about in the news every day. For instance, how schools will recover from the pandemic, or how we'll get funding to innovate and try new things to solve teacher shortages.
Having those as the things I get to think about for my job is a great part about it.
